Bio
Laura Ray is a multi-instrumentalist from Royston, GA. In her 10 plus years living in Nashville, Laura has had the opportunity to record and perform guitar, banjo and sing background vocals with a wide variety of artists. She has toured with Americana artists Aaron Burdett and Leah Blevins, American Idol alum Grace Leer, and bluegrass acts Valerie Smith and Bluegrass Confidential.
Laura is currently touring with female-fronted bluegrass band Thunder and Rain.

Thunder and Rain
Laura is a proud member of Thunder and Rain, a newgrass band based in Nashville, TN. They weave together bluegrass instrumentation with award winning songwriting inspired by pop, country, classic rock and old time. Three part harmony and sing-along choruses support image-rich lyricism and thunderous banjo / fiddle drive.
